The room was impressive, moreover spotless with great views. Incredible and marvellous location right by The Museum of Modern Art. Moreover, there was a lake within 15 mins walk from the hotel.

Despite the noise from the fan, the iPad-controlled room features were a pleasant surprise. The central location near subway stations was convenient. The downside included the noisy surroundings, small room size, and lack of amenities like an iron and in-room sink. Despite the flaws, my overall experience was memorable and left me feeling sad to depart.

This was an enjoyable stay in the ‘ living' room and the roof top bar. Unbeatable and magnificent location, walking distance to Broadway Road.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. The comfy beds made up for the small size. Convenient location and cool decor added to the fun vibe. However, some minor issues like small pillows and wet floors in the shower were noted. A good stay option.

The hotel itself was well-maintained and fairly clean and the staff were professional, it had ideal location next to underground stop.

Absolutely loved the modern design with tech touches throughout, like controlling everything from the iPad in the room - super cool stuff, man. The rooftop bar was a fab spot, exclusive and the staff were top-notch. The gym was high up and a good perk. While the room was a bit tight for two people, the city view didn't quite live up to my expectations, but honestly, it didn’t bother me much at all! a dope spot to stay at in the Big Apple. 🏙️

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a 1-minute walk from Times Square and within a 5-minute walk of Central Park and Columbus Circle. As a father of a large family, I was thrilled to find such a great hotel for our visit to New York. The hotel exudes a lively and fun atmosphere, catering to travelers seeking something beyond the ordinary hotel experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms may be small, but they are clean and quiet, and the huge, comfortable bed was a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities, such as a kids' play area or activities. For dads, it would be great if the hotel could cater even more to families with children.

The location of this hotel is amazing - right in the heart of the city, close to Times Square and Central Park. the staff were awesome, very friendly, and even left a handwritten card for our anniversary, such a thoughtful touch! the bed and pillows were so comfortable, felt like sleeping on a cloud. Free beverages all day for breakfast guests was a nice treat. the rooftop bar had a cool vibe, definitely worth a visit during your stay.

One thing that could be improved is the lack of complimentary tea/coffee in the room. A small amenity like that can make a big difference for guests.

Staying here was an absolute delight! Located in the heart of midtown, this place is just a stone's throw away from two subway stations that can easily and quickly take you anywhere in the city. You can even walk to major sights, the theater district is nearby. The service here was top-notch, the staff seemed genuinely happy to be of service, they were available right from arrival and throughout my stay. The room amenities were exceptional - from ironing facilities to heating to air conditioning - everything you could need was there. There was even a free toiletries kit! The television, telephone, and iPad were all a great addition and the parquet floor made the stay even more comfortable. The dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area, along with the coffee/tea in the lobby was an added bonus that definitely made my stay even better.

During my transit stay in New York, I found the convenience of the local 1 train being across the street from the hotel to be a major plus. It made it easy to explore the city and get to my next destination. the fact that LaGuardia airport is only 15 km away is very convenient for travelers needing to catch a flight quickly.

The poor design of the shower was a minor downside, as the water seemed to get everywhere every time I showered. It's a small inconvenience that could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The fitness center on the 20th floor had great views, but who needs exercise when you can just chill and enjoy the skyline? The lobby was artsy and spacious, and the laminate wood flooring made me feel like I was in a jungle.

Oh yeah, the tiger-wood patterned floors were a real eyesore. Who thought that was a good idea?
